Great place to shop. The staff is very friendly especially Liz who went above and beyond on her second day!

I dropped a bag off and received a txt that my offer was ready. After going back and forth twice (2 hours of driving ) I was given $13.50 for two items out of a very large bag of quality...

At Buffalo Exchange, my items get me $90+ in store credit. At Fashion Runway, they've given me $15 and $0... And even when you do try to buy a few things, there's rarely anything you actually want...

Descending and disrespectful manager. Shocked she was unable to make changes to an account. Communication is immature. Staff is untrained. Smells gross inside. They do not care about customers....

brought in a bag full of clean, nice and name brand clothes and they didn't take a single thing because they are being super picky right now. A complete waste of time and gas. Not worth it!
