I booked and paid for next day delivery and 4 days later still not arrived and called company and lady answered very unhelpful saying she had covid and was later doing orders and could not confirm if order had been sent yet UPS says its still Pre-ShipmentPre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting ItemFebruary 12, 2025so don't use this company they take your money and don't ship out or communicate anything

I should have read reviews before ordering from this company... First off, when you order, apparently the date you choose for delivery is actually when they ship so somehow, they're expecting you to be an expert in shipping and figure out when they should ship for your item to arrive on time. This was not clear to me when ordering on their website. Second, when I realized my order was sitting in Texas on the day I thought it was going to be delivered in DC, I reached out to the company and got no response back through email. This was Friday when I wanted the order to arrive. They were closed over the weekend. So I called on Monday and again, no one answered. Finally, I went on their website and found a chat function and texted back and forth with what I can only imagine was the owners high school kid who was not trained in customer service. After finally getting it through their head that I did not request for it to be shipped on a specific date but was attempting to have the item delivered on a specific date, they offered me only the shipping cost as a refund. For a $70 item to arrive almost a week after the birthday surprise day it was supposed to show up, I don't think $5 off is a great consolation. I was clearly not happy and this kid obviously didn't care. I will be sure to post this upset everywhere possible as this company is not run well and should not exist.

Stale bacon ..so gross horribly expensive.. the rice crispy treats r hard as a rock.. bacon undercooked dont waste your money this place is horrible!
