Alloy Cutting specializes in precision metal fabrication and machining for commercial and industrial clients, with a focus on repeat production and long-term partnerships. We support industrial clients by integrating directly into their fabrication workflows and delivering consistent, high-quality components. Our capabilities include precision metal cutting, CNC plasma cutting, CNC robotic welding, TIG and MIG welding, automatic sawing, structural steel fabrication, and sheet metal fabrication. We work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic or difficult-to-machine alloys. We specialize in work that many shops cannot accommodate, including large-format and long components, as well as large-diameter cutting. These capabilities are only offered by a limited number of shops in the Bay Area. We regularly produce custom components such as stainless steel brackets for the swimming pool industry and precision parts for metal furniture brands. We also welcome local projects and small jobs, including custom parts and repairs—such as restoring athletic equipment for local schools.
