The security guard denied me entry for unknown reasons. I handed him my ID and offered to provide my passport, but I was still denied entry. The guard said, I don't have to explain myself to you. He mentioned having issues with my driver's license, and I told him I could show him my passport instead. He smirked and repeated that he didn't need to explain himself. He also questioned how old I was to be wanting to enter the place.I asked if the issue was personal, and he again said he didn't have to answer me. I continued to try to clear the air, in case there was any hostility or misunderstanding, but he said he had spoken to the owner and that the owner supported his decision to deny me entry.The interaction left me wondering if it was racially motivated, as I couldn’t identify any other reason for being refused entry. If that assumption seems far-fetched, I do have video footage to support this awkward interaction.

I was on a trip looking for an early sit down dinner by myself. I like Irish pub places. I was driving by and saw the sign so decided to give it a shot. The decor and atmosphere were fitting for an Irish pub. Lots of dark wood.I sat at the bar. I was pretty dehydrated from work so asked for water. Bar tender refilled my watee three times before my order. I told he would save himself some work if he just gave me a pitcher of ice water, so he gave me one.I menu had some of the customary dishes. Bangers and mash, shepards pie, beef pie, Guiness stew. Also some more American dishes.I ordered the Irish Mac and Cheese - it is made with Kerry Gold cheese.It was a good sized serving. Came witha side of steamed broccoli, carrots and zuchini. Price was right for the dish. If I was returning to town I would be willing to re-visit the place. Nothing spectacular, but a good meal and reasonable price.

We went to Fibbar MaGee's for lunch. Service was good. My husband had a beer; I had an ice tea. I enjoyed my turkey burger, My husband enjoyed his BLT. Both came with fries. The outdoor patio area on Murphy Avenue is very pleasant.

We had a delightful patio lunch at Fibber McGee's in Sunnyvale. Service is good. We enjoyed beers. For lunch I had their BLT sandwich with Fibber McGee home made potato chips. My husband enjoyed his sliders and soup. We had a good lunch and good time. Others were enjoying going there too.

Stumbled upon this Irish pub and was pleasantly surprised to find a good selection of beer, decent food and good service. To my surprise, they had both Pliney the Elder and Pliney the Younger on tap.
