Columbia, calm and accommodating and the room was clean and well stocked.

We stay at this chain often. The food is going downhill. Meatballs with mashed potatoes have been eliminated. Breakfast looks good but was terrible this time. We were early but the food was cold and just did not taste good. I had the scrambled eggs with cheese. The potatoes were terrible. The biscuit delicious. The staff in this area were excellent. The room was great. My only complaint is the food. We often are willing to pay more for this convenience but I don’t think we will in the future.

Excellent customer service really made the stay great. We were towing a race car. Abbie, who was working the front desk, went above and beyond to help us with a safe parking space for the truck and trailer. She was friendly and very professional. Our room was very nice as well

Outstanding hotel! Highly recommend it. Our suite was wonderful and very comfortable. The Kick-back happy hour was excellent with great food and wine. We enjoyed the breakfast, which is the standard menu in Drury’s and a good selection. This is one of the best places we have stayed on our very long road trip.
