The location itself is good, and also the cleanliness of rooms (the housemaids too); unfortunately we cant say the same regarding at the rest of staff in particular at the lobby people who like they dont care and act like if you are in airbnbPractically theres no amenities and prepare for a tiny room

My window faced the street but there was very little noise. The hotel was very clean, the lobby was welcoming which made the complimentary sipping hour all the more enjoyable. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back!
MoreWe love this hotel! It has everything - walking distance to China Town, north beach, union square, and the Embarcadero / waterfront. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, quiet and very clean rooms, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Also love the lobby for a drink or tea by the fire. Highly recommended!
MoreStaff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. You felt they were there to ensure you had a great stay. Even housekeeping could not have been better. I usually left my room early to mid-afternoon, and they still did a full service. Great location for transportation. from shared rides, to buses. to trains and walking. Close to Union Square, Chinatown, North Beach, the Embarcadero, as well as SOMA.I highly recommend the Galleria Park Hotel!
