MoreAn excellent stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown. In the best way, everything you expect from Hampton was here at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, modern, and well-appointed. It was quiet with minimal external and internal noise, so it was a nice environment for sleeping, relaxing, and working. The fitness center was clean and had sufficient equipment, and the breakfast, while crowded, was regularly cleaned and restocked.The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance to sports venues, museums, restaurants, etc., and a short walk to the light rail, which connects to the airport.The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown was good value, and a solid choice for staying in this part of Phoenix.

MoreThe second we got to the hotel we were wonderfully welcomed by Giovanni, the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we noticed that we got a flat tire, but the valet crew were beyond helpful to offer their help, Especially giovanni. He treated us with kindness and respect that we appreciate and hope to give him recognition. Definitely recommend to have a stay at this great hotel!
MoreI had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleaning was outstanding, and everything was spotless when I arrived. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the hotel clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
