Stayed for two nights [Sept 05 and Sept 06] Avearge hotel..Just oppoaite to Apple Mathilda campus i. Sunnyvale and charge exhorbitant rates...breakfast area is very crowded, with sometimes guests not behaving appropriate. Rooms have minimum comforts and service staff at front desk tolerable. Nothing great to write, nothing objectionable to comment
MoreLocation was great, but was really great was the team's attention - all the staff was very nice, super attentive and helpful, transforming it into a great atmosphere. The room was also extremely clean and the bed and showers very confortable. Also the breakfast was very good.I highly recommend this hotel. for the cost X benefit.
MoreThe BW Silicon Valley in Sunnyvale is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. The excellent and friendly staff are continually cleaning throughout the day keeping the entire property immaculate. The breakfast is plentiful. The staff is helpful and kind. We highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars all the way!
MoreStayed here for 2 nights on a biz trip. Overall a good value for money and about the level you would expect for a best western. Silicon valley hotels are notorious for being pricey, so this was within my budget and did the jobPROs- Affordable, with minimal level of quality and cleanliness- Clean comfortable with essential amenities- Breakfast coffee was better than expectedAreas to improve- Breakfast is mainly carbs (if don't eat meat)- yes they have eggs, but no toppings nothing, just run of the mill scrambled eggs. Would have been nice to have some cheese /salsa or some toppings
MoreNimish is the best host. I felt so taken care of. He went above and beyond his duties to make it a welcoming experience at best western. He was such a great host, it’s my first time staying at the hotel for business and he made sure my bags were taken care of, provided an umbrella, provided restaurant recommendations, arranged hotel at best western near the airport and even made the best chai tea I’ve ever had. His service is the most accommodating, even better than I’ve had in any five star hotels in United States
