Stopped by on a business trip with some colleagues who’d never visited a Bass Pro. They were blown away. The gentlemen behind the firearms counter kindly took a photo of me holding a huge handgun. Couldn’t ask for friendlier people. The store is huge and has a massive array of stock in all departments. It’s like Disneyworld for adults!

Never buy a gun here. After the longest wait I've ever had to endure just to fill out basic background check paperwork, I was sold a brand new Winchester shotgun that simply doesn't work. BPS won't help, and Winchester says it will take 6-8 weeks for them just to examine it.Stick with local shops.

I was there on March 7 to buy a firearm and I was discriminated by the staff from the beginning. I’m puertorican and I quickly understood what was going on. They made it so difficult for me and they treated me differently than the other people. At the end I couldn’t buy it cause they said I did something wrong. I do not recommend this store to anyone!

Totally annoyed that some one approached me trying to sell me a trip. I’m in there to shop not be annoyed by people trying to sell me something!!!

Very racist at the gun shop upstairs with all due respect if you’re not white you might run into some bs long story short had state approved letter to purchase a firearm but denied just because my previous billing address was in ny, before moving to pa ultimate bs excuse turned me away I went and bought a firearm in Carlisle was approved within minutes. 2023 racism very much intact would never spend penny in bass pro moving forward
