tripadvisorGot chinese from here when stayed at the hideaway experience food was amazing highly recommend if staying at the hideaway or local
MoreThe lady owner Tane Chan has the most foul mouth on the planet . How she sells anything is beyond me . She scolds, curses and bullies customers if they don't agree with her or asks too many questions which she doesn't like . Just avoid the place . There are many other places selling woks and cooking utensils .
MoreVery poor customer service; do not recommend. Made a mistake in my order and immediately phoned as well as contacted in their online form to correct it. Was assured on the phone that the order would either be corrected or cancelled. A few hours later I received a notification that my erroneous order had been shipped, with no follow-up about my contacts. This company is not prepared to handle fulfillment by mail to any degree of professionalism and should not be in business.
MorePersonal attention from the sales people if you visit. Sorry their online service seems to be spotty, but if visiting San Francisco, you should stop by if you want to visit a San Francisco institution. In the heart of Chinatown. Wok prices are reasonable and high quality, made in the USA. I bought my first Wok here 40 years ago and it hasn't changed much. Old one still going strong but I needed one with a handle.
MoreWonderful selection of woks and accessories. So many dishes, chopsticks, and hard to find items. We stop by every trip to San Francisco and add to our collection. Great pricing!
