I focus on Pilates, yoga and meditation in ways that are fun, wise, and kind to the body. I have been certified in yoga since 2005 and certified in Pilates since 2009. I am locally trained and currently in a Master Mentor program with the Pilates elder Lolita San Miguel. I will complete my Master training in two years. My gurus include Lillias Folan, Pema Chodron, Scott Anderson, Joe Pilates, and Lolita San Miguel, among MANY others. I I work with all segments of the population from athletes to office workers and specialize in yoga for cancer survivors.
