If you know my family’s health story, then you know that we tried to use the medical system to heal first. We really tried. My husband took intense meds for ulcerative colitis and I took what little was offered for my long list of chronic symptoms until we were so broken and sick that we had to look elsewhere. This year, Leo got his first infection that I couldn’t beat naturally, so he made his first ever appearance to the doctor’s office and they gave him antibiotics. But they didn’t work at all. So they gave another round. And it didn’t work either. (But they did cause other symptoms for the poor guy!)So back to the natural world we went, hunting for solutions. We found them at REST Wellness. April helped identify ways we could support Leo’s foundational health and treat the rash at the same time. Now my sweet little newborn has a rash all over, and instead of pumping my newborn full of meds that will compromise her overall health and maybe not heal the rash, I called Rest Wellness again. In a 30 minute appointment, we have a treatment plan, and I feel so much peace as a mama.

REST is fabulous! This facility is a first class spa. I have been twice and both times I had a wonderful massage in a peaceful setting.

I am so glad I made an appointment at Rest Wellness Spa! The moment I walked in I was greeted like I was family. The facility is so clean and relaxing, the staff very friendly and knowledge. They offer amazing services and walk you through everything. I had the privilege of meeting the owners...the time they took with me so informative and helpful...I cannot thank them enough. I live a little over 2 hours away, but have already made another appointment. Please try Rest Wellness, you will be so glad you did. David - Stephenville, Texas
