Sadly, this will be our last stay at the AC Hotel Cleveland - Beachwood. While the location is excellent, the property had some significant issues this visit. First, there was a problem with the WiFi. We could not log on and calling the front desk provided no easy solutions. They had me call a Marriott number to discuss the issue with an IT support person, who promptly blamed the issue on my iPad. I gave up and went down to the lobby and finally found someone who identified the problem and fixed it. Secondly, the hot water was inadequate. Also, the bartender apparently doesn't like to do her job and emptied a wine bottle into a glass that was roughly two ounces. When I asked her to open another bottle, she said, No. Next, the walls are paper thin. At 1:00 am the adjoining room occupants decided to have a full-on argument, complete with R-rated language. For context, we had stayed at the AC Hotel in Ann Arbor earlier in the week and it was 5 star.

I am very particular about cleanliness in hotel rooms and this hotel met my expectations. There is no carpet in the room and no upholstery. There was more than adequate space to put luggage and excellent counter space in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

I felt appreciated throughout my stay, especially with the complimentary breakfast, room credit, and free parking, which added real value.Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Rayetta, who provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel personal. In the evening, Parker at the bar delivered great service as well, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.Overall, this was a standout stay with a team that clearly cares about the guest experience. I would absolutely return and recommend this property to others.

Great location !! Nearby shopping mall and also close to Mayfield Heights. Great service as well though housekeeping staff can do a better job !! It was snowing in Cleveland and thus the location made a big difference

My son and I stayed one night while visiting Cleveland. I used points for the night which was only 13,500. Hotel is upscale in appearance, very quiet overall. It is located near many upscale shopping and restaurant options. Parking is free in deck behind hotel. Our room overlooked the shops below. We had breakfast the next morning nearby at First Watch but breakfast buffet was available at the hotel for $17 pp. This seemed quite reasonable except the only hot options were scrambled eggs and sausage. The did offer free coffee and tea each morning.I felt the location was quite nice and the points required very low for what we experienced. I would consider staying there again if in the area.
