The room is big for the price and the beds are comfortable. The room was clean enough but there’s room for improvement (hair in the bathtub). Things need some tlc (leaky faucets). the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The coffee tastes watered down and there’s no flavored coffee creamers. The baked goods were dry seemed old. They served eggs and sausage all three days we were there. And the worker had a hard time keeping up with the demand which there were rarely more than a few families there at a time. The pool was nice but it’s not heated so just be prepared for that. The pool area and gym were clean.

We booked a first floor room was put on fourth floor. Carpet in room was dirty and shower curtain has black on it. No clean linens but clean towels we were there 4 days . Breakfast was a joke no hot water for oatmeal was told get bottled water and warm in cup microwave. Muffins were so hard not able to eat. The hot food that there was saguage links were cold. Had to microwave to heat up to eat. Coffee was cold….. told staff they didn’t seem concerned at all. We were there Christmas morning many unhappy and hungry guests. This used to be our go to hotel when visiting family. I believe we will look elsewhere next visit.

Whenever I come to this hotel always was greeted with the upmost respect and hospitality. Since I'm a diamond member the staff always did something special giving me a Jacuzzi room and always giving me something for coming to their hotel. But this new girl they have now doesn't do none of that I requested a room with the Jacuzzi because I had a procedure done needed it to sit in to help with my healing process she wanted to charge me 150 plus dollars. When I requested a ground floor room never been charged that much. They really need to coach her how to wow the customers instead of running them away

This hotel is just gross. The smell of mildew in the rooms. The A/C leaked and eventually stopped blowing cold air. The tub drained extremely slow. To make it worse we had them switch our rooms and it was just as bad. We will definitely never stay in this hotel again.
