I ordered a pendant and chain last month. My credit card was charged immediately, however the jewelry was never made, nor sent! Every attempt to contact this seller goes unanswered. Her phone number doesn't work and emails go unanswered. Her name is Kate Nuki or Kate Clark (one might be her maiden name, I'm not sure). She is the owner. There is no customer service and she will steal your money without delivering on the purchase. There are numerous posts on yelp (which I read too late) which confirm I am not the only one who has experienced this. Buyer beware! Stay away from this business!
