Popi's Pastries was started by chef and owner Fernanda Lay who is very passionate for both cooking and Brazilian food. After working in the food service industry for a while in Portland, Oregon she then decided to start her own business making and selling what she loves the most in Brazilian Cuisine.....SALGADOS. Salgados are Brazilian appetizers that consist of fried or baked dough generally filled with meat or cheese, or both. The coxinha is no doubt the most loved among them all! And our coxinhas are awesome... We challenge you to try for yourself and start loving them as much we do!
