Booked through delta vacations and it took way too long. Premium hotels get shafted due to distance. Will definitely do Uber/Lyft next time. Only valuable if you select a low end hotel (Luxor, Excalibur, etc)

We needed a transfer to the Stratosphere and getting ticket at the airport was hassle free and journey started (eventually) ok. We were the last drop off of four and the driver was very rude when asking about return shuttle times, all I wanted was a rough idea of a pickup time based on time we need to be at the airport. His attitude was such I’d rather walk than take a return shuttle with ODS.

While the driver was nice and the ride comfortable, I am kicking myself for not asking how long it would take to be dropped off at our hotel from the airport. We happened upon this shuttle service when we walked out of the terminal and the price was reasonable. We were the first to get on the shuttle and waited, and waited, and waited. The van slowly filled and then, approximately 30 minutes later we left for multiple hotels. After 1.5 hours were we finally at our hotel - the last people left on the van. While I know I should have asked more questions before I bought tickets and loaded the family on the van, I wish the person selling us the seats on the van would have offered more information. (I was also traveling with an 8 and 11 year old and it was nearly 10 pm). I would have been willing to pay more for a car from ODS if it took us directly to the hotel.

I used this service for the first time and was very impressed and will use them again. My driver was Marc. Very professional. The vehicle was clean and the individual who assisted me at the airport with hiring the driver was also professional.

We used this service for transportation to/from our hotel. No problems with the service until the return trip. We picked two people up at Mandalay Bay. The driver then proceeded to joke around with another woman in the shuttle about the Jason Aldean Concert shootings. Making comments about how they should buy the property now that no one wants it and put a merry-go-around there and made other inappropriate comments. My 21 year old daughter was with me and she was so upset she was almost in tears. I was in disbelief that anyone would make such callous jokes about such a tragic event.
