walked around and found the Japanese Garden on this property as well. Time of year of the visit will determine how many roses that you might see.

It's a nice park in the middle of a city. Central Park provides a relaxing setting for people to hold a party, play sports, strolling, or simply lie on a blanket under the shade. The Japanese Garden, part of the park, is a typical Asian theme area: swimming koi, bamboo trees, a bridge, etc. A nice diversion from the main park.

I go walking here many mornings before work. It's a very peaceful and whimsical spot- there's the Japanese Tea Garden, the Pump House, redwood groves, lovely rose and hydrangea gardens, and the little train for children. Maybe it's the history (it used to be an estate and was converted in 1922) but there is just something magical about it.
