Having put in 30 years of supervisory experience in commercial and residential construction, I have extensive knowledge of all kinds of building materials as well as plumbing, electrical, heating, sanitary and other home systems. I have worked with these elements to such an extent that I know their entire histories, from where and how they're made, to how efficiently they break down or biodegrade, and to what extent they can be re-purposed. I also keep up with new materials and systems that are on the market that are not only more environmentally friendly but cost-effective as well.
