tripadvisorI will definitely leave a bad review and it is deserved. I ordered a down jacket and gave the wrong address. I immediately called the support line. They said that you should wait for the courier service to be appointed. It was December 9th. Then I called on December 11 and informed the delivery company and indicated the correct delivery address. On December 13, the product arrives in Florida instead of Massachusetts. I'm calling for the third time. The person on the line apologizes and informs me that they will call me back within 24-48 hours. Silence. What should I do. You are a store that presents premium products, but you behave like a cheap company. This is your label.
MoreDo not trust Saks! I ordered $450 Gucci slides and received a counterfeit pair from their Boston store. Neither the store nor customer service cared or offered any reasonable solution. I am so disappointed and once resolved, will never do business with this company.
MoreI wanted to like the relocated Saks men's offering from Prudential Center main store to Copley Place, once the home of Barney's New York department store. An ambitious move on Saks part during the difficult retail environment has some good points as well as some eh qualities. The eh factor is evident in that no renovation was done from the prior Barney's ( which could have used a refreshing). Pretty much the sineage on building was only thing that differenciates one from other. Day of my visit showed shoppers pretty much equal with number of sales associates, which wasn't many. Both groupings had a low enthusement attitude...we all coexisted without much interest in product offered or interaction amoungst us. Some departments were good...men's shoes was a good mix and I would recommend a visit to store on that alone. Rest of store was a mix of out of season merchandise (some on sale) and seasonal. Within the current environment it's nice for men to have a larger store ( and much better than the Neiman's store that is in dissaray & has been for yearz years) but, I expected better.
MoreThe people in the gucci store have an item of mine right before the cov 19 i put a 4500 python bag to get repaired they waited so long now the store is closed im so mad.
MoreSame old store that you find in every Saks Fifth Avenue. Not sure it’s really worthy of a trip advisor review and you can easily take a pass!
