This was such a beautiful and cozy hotel! Megan at the front desk was so helpful, nice, and had the brightest personality! I will definitely be booking again in the future!

The hotel is fine but not nearly as nice as other Canopy hotels in the common areas. The issue however is with the restaurant/bar. I tried to order two different entrees, but they didn’t have them. So I ordered Door dash. While I waited with a client we ordered two double drinks and one beer. The total $101. Then I was told there is an auto 20% gratuity. So that is another $20. I don’t mind tipping for good service but the bartender wasn’t attentive at all. She was on her phone the entire time and didn’t pay attention to those at the bar. She received a $20 tip for pouring two drinks, grabbing one beer and walking three steps to deliver them. Then when the food arrived she said we could not eat there as was their policy. I am a long time diamond member and have never been so appalled at how I was treated at a property. I definitely will not be back.

This hotel is well-situated if you have business in mid-town and want to walk to restaurants, the High Museum or Botanical Gardens. Room was nice and new. The best part was Varela at the front desk! She did everything possible to make my stay seamless.

Von & Deion in valet were awesome!!All front desk agents were amazing as well. Enjoyed my stay and will be back!
