I went to Town Center as a tourist visiting my family.Town Center gave me many options in which to shop. It is a great way to spend family time while shopping. The shops had many food options in the food court and it was clean. Going here has made me spend time with my family shopping and having fun. If you are looking to visit or shop here, you definitely should!

I get that people usually go to malls for clothes, but good grief, we've got Kohl's for that. This place is over 80% fashion. Clothes, shoes, perfume, you name it. Anything that stands out is also far apart, meaning you'll have to walk a fair bit.At least the food court is good. Would definitely recommend Mandarin Express. Very friendly employees, DELICIOUS sesame chicken. Tell them Kelvin sent you! (It won't do anything, I just wanna let them know they're being recommended. X3)

Avoid iGear phone accessory booth near the food court! Dishonest employees will will not honor return.Purchased iPhone 13pro case from iGear. 3 qualities of case: 1) wireless charging capable 2) magnet for windshield holder 3) ring or stand to prop phone on table. We tested magnet at the booth but could not test wireless charging. I asked the guy can I return this if the wireless charging does not work. He said “yes” that I could return if it would not charge wirelessly. Was willing to pay higher price for the case just for the convenience even though can buy online less expensive. Receipt is electronic, says Exchange only; they do not say no returns until after you make a purchase. So, I asked the worker again can I Return the case if it does not wireless charge. He said yes, they have a return policy that allows return. Well, wireless charging did not work on 3 wireless chargers we have at home. iGear mall booth at Town center mall did not honor their verbal word. Spoke to owner who says to speak with guy that sold the case; the salesperson that sold the item can return it. Total BS when owner will not honor his employee’s commitment to customer. Owner says the lost sale will come out of the employees paycheck if returned. Owner provided employee’s name and work schedule so I can address this issue with him during his next shift.BUY ONLINE WHERE YOUR PURCHASES ARE RETURNABLE AND YOU CAN READ REVIEWS. I rarely go to the mall but my son want to buy a lot of clothes. I regret my purchase at iGear for their very poor customer no service. The case means nothing to me. I pursue this on principal.

I ordered the 1 meat and 2 vegetables and the price was good. The chicken was either left over from day before or way over cooked. Barely eatable. The rice and noodles were a little better but not fresh. I will not eat there again.

Like many large malls, Town Center has been hit hard by the pandemic. Macy's and Belks are the only remaining anchor stores, and many of the smaller stores are closed. Macy's has very little merchandise, with shelves and racks spread very far apart, and the carpet is torn and stained. I won't be visiting again until after the pandemic.
