MoreWe found this hotel to have wonderful & comfortable rooms & the beds were amazing. The staff were very friendly. I’d like to give a special shout out to Stella. She was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us how to find different locations of interest in San Francisco. Because of her we enjoyed the cable car system, the piers and Alkatraz. We had a wonderful time in the city! Thank you Stella! Also, thanks for helping us get our luggage to the Uber to get to the airport on time. I recommend this hotel and it’s staff!
