I ended up not staying but the rooms are clean and specially, which is most important for me, the bathrooms! The front desk are very helpful, specially Esly, that went out of her way to help me with anything I needed. Amazing!
MoreWe enjoyed the location and city vibe of the Inn at Union Station. We had a street facing room and could hear the classic San Francisco streetcar bell ringing when we opened the window. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It was easy to imagine we were living in a classic apartment building over the three nights we were there. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile or to answer questions. Antonio checked us in, and we were pleased to get an upgraded room!
