We offer education in several different forms of martial arts for children and adults, at each of our East Bay Area schools Tae Kwon Do,Eskrima ,Jujitsu groundwork, Filipino Eskrima Karate for kid programs, Krav Maga, Muay Thai kickboxing. *We are using the UC College curriculum. (accredited) Our goal is to enrich the lives of our students by means of martial arts, and other forms of exercise. Our Martial Arts programs are designed to enhance our students self-discipline, improve their self-defense abilities, magnify self-confidence, and, of course, strengthen their overall physical health and ability.
