Tenant's garbage. Some parents don't tell their kids to pick up after themselves

Cracks leading up to the second floor. It's hazardous if there were ever an earthquake the people upstairs would be doomed.

This is where a tree fell down and they moved the tree, but left all the junk.

This stuff has been there for over 10 years, and the owners will not remove it.

Another staircase that needs fixing. It's literally falling

Carpets all ugly doesn't want to replace them.

This is how pretty much all the tubs look like. Yet again she wants to rent them out and are very expensive
