I frequent Motel 9 and I have always had a pleasant experience.The price is right, deck staff very professional and accommodating.The rooms I've stayed in have been very clean and fresh smelling.The rooms are very quiet.

An exceptional motel with a warm and welcoming environment from the moment you walk through their doors! Front Desk along with Management are professional, polite, considerate of traveler's who have traveled long distances and are awaiting a room at this lodging establishment.The motel is comfortably situated in Fort Collins, Colorado with a nearby Waffle House - other upstanding motel accommodations and a Convenience Store across the Interstate.The rooms are comparable to any 5 Star Hotel with beds which are more comfortable than an be described! Motel 9 and their staffing are always helpful with most any needs traveller's may have. The motel itself is impeccably clean throughout the building and premises. Each room or ensure is fully furnished with a large flat screen television, microwave, refrigerator, and phone services.When any guests arrive - checking-in is both professional and expeditious for the sake of an extremely relaxing stay in Fort Collins, Colorado! Any guest(s) will not be disappointed with Motel 9 or their staff. It was a true pleasure to stay at Motel 9 here in Fort Collins, Colorado USA!

Their site claims that they are a premier destination, nothing could be further from the truth. The whole thing was filthy. Walls were damaged and sloppily patched. Employees do not appear to have to wear uniforms. Website claims they are pet friendly, but the signage posted at the location indicated no pets allowed. Shower was filthy. Walls were filthy. Furniture and bedspread stained. Awful experience. Rather tacky decor to boot. Was so horrified I only took a couple pictures, it was much worse than it appears.

Our clean sheets had dried food on them - presumably from the previous occupants. Management charged us for two days. We didn't stay. Clerk explained that the motel has only one maid as though that made everything OK.
