The hotel was fantastic. Clean rooms and excellent service. Jordan at the desk was the best.

This hotel is taken care of very well - clean and smells great in the lobby, hallways and rooms. The best part was Shay at the Front Desk, she was so polite and courteous, said we had positive energy but she was the one that was very pleasant and had a contagious smile. We need more Shay's in the world!

Pros: Friendly and helpful front desk staff, great location, noon check outCons: Strong chlorine/gym smell when entering. The AC would cool the room for a few minutes then cycle off - hard to stay comfortable. No bottled water in the room, and the vending machines were either out of order or cash only (frustrating if you don't carry cash). Lots of noise - kids running & screaming in the hallway for hours and the walls seem pretty thin. Bathroom lighting was very dim. For a newer hotel, it's already starting to look a bit warm with stains on the floor and sofa.Final Verdict: Good option for families with kids or large group, but it does not feel premium or upscale. Very surprised Trip Advisor lists this as a 4 star hotel - this felt more like a 2-3 star property.

I had a wonderful time! The vibe was great and felt luxurious. The staff was also amazing, in particular Ms. Shalini was very kind and helpful! I highly recommend coming here
