We rented a van to visit several wineries. Van In Black suggested an itinerary for us and it was perfect. Our driver Carl was professional, personal and made the day more enjoyable. He also has great knowledge of the area and answered many of our questions including the best hiking trails.

What a great experience! I rented a 14-passenger van for a Girls Night Out for a trip from Landrum to Greenville. Our driver, Kim, was on time and such a pleasure! The van was roomy and comfy and Kim made everything delightful. I highly recommend and will definitely do this again.

I have been very dissatisfied with my experience dealing with this company. We had booked 2 vans and an SUV for our wedding guests. However, our wedding was cancelled when Pretty Place and Rhubarb had to cancel due to Helene damage. Despite a policy that states that if a booking needs to be cancelled due to weather, road conditions or uncontrollable conditions they will provide a refund, they now claim they can only reschedule us because we cancelled in advance. This is the only vendor to take this stance- we received at least partial refunds for every other vendor. Im considering small claims action. It's crazy to have provided no service and keep the money. Do not trust them to honor their policy.

NO OPTIONS TO RESCHEDULEBooked in Dec. 2023 for Oct 4, 2024. Had a family member plan a quick wedding for the weekend we were going to Asheville so I called to reschedule/ rebook on Sept 3, 2024 (1 month prior). They told me that we could reschedule, but we would lose the entire deposit ($360 which was the 4h wine tour). Even though we were still planning to use their service, they would not allow us to switch dates (even a month out) and we would have to full pay for the 4h tour over again.While an incredible business model for the owner to pocket our money and think we'll blindly book with them again, it is not a business I can recommend dealing with. There are more customer-friendly, empathetic, BETTER van services in the area.

I wanted t treat my aunt to a wine tour. After losing my mother at an early age My aunt and uncle took us in and she became my mother. We both enjoy a good wine and I thought this would be a fun activity for us to share. We were not disappointed. The wineries that were suggested for us to visit were spot on. I live in Seattle and do a lot of wine tasting in the Pacific Northwest. This was one of the best tours I have been on. Our driver, Nate, was very professional and attentive. I definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using it again!
