They booked me in a room, 257, which was right next to the fitness center. Every morning at 5am I was awakened by pounding and crashing (weights being lifted, and dropped). They have no business renting out a room like that. I'm sure they were already aware of the issue, I asked one of their people at the desk if they ever had any complaints about the room, and the person reluctantly said 'yes'. Of course they already know about the problems with that room, I guarantee they got complaints from every person that they check into it. If they're doing things like that, there's no telling what other bad decisions they are making. I wouldn't stay at that place again if somebody paid me.

Location is just a couple of blocks from street car, so makes for easy exploring. Hotel is nice, clean, modern industrial feel. Hotel bar is gorgeous. Beds are so comfortable. I loved the soft pillows but my husband did not. I wouldn't be surprised if they could bring a firmer pillow upon request. Hot water is endless with great water pressure. In-room mini fridge and snack options are plentiful and reasonably priced. Our room was an interior room, so our window overlooked the atrium- I missed having natural light. I could also hear the music from the bar area into the night. Unsure if they shut that down at a certain time. Luckily I had ear plugs. Front desk is kind and attentive. I needed to switch rooms due to an error I made during booking and they were great about it. Breakfast options are great and reasonably priced. Bar can get very busy on Friday and Saturday night so get a spot early or just go somewhere else because you may not get served. A little pricy, but it's upscale so understandable. I'd probably stay again but request an outside facing room. Overall, all staff was kind and accommodating, with the exception of one breakfast server who just wasn't very friendly.

The building has a lot of history as a centuries-old converted beer storage warehouse. Great ambience and atmosphere; this place is hip and thriving. The lobby & rooftop bars are popular weekend haunts for the young locals. If you are there for a good night’s sleep, beware of the rooms situated under the rooftop bar area and next to the service corridor on the second floor.

I will not stay here again. Price did not align with quality of room. Horrible water pressure and thin walls. We were next to the weight room which you could hear people utilizing and throwing weights around all Morning and night.
