Amazing show. St James’ Theatre a short walk off Times Square. Lovely auditorium. Seating wasn’t too uncomfortable. Queues for toilets at interval were very long, but staff helped everyone get through on time. The show was amazing , if not was still running would go and see it again.

The St. James Theatre is a beautiful and historic space, but be warned: the balcony seats are very high up, and bathrooms on that level are few and far between—opt for mezzanine if you can for a more comfortable experience; that said, the staff is warm and helpful, and Sunset Boulevard was an absolutely phenomenal performance that made the whole night feel electric.

The way these rows are laid out, you cannot move your legs and your knees will be bent for the entirety of each act. If you’re tall, they will likely hit the seat in front of you. I’m only 5’7” and I immediately had a panic attack prior to the show started. Fortunately, the ushers were understanding and I was able to move to standing row downstairs. If I ever see another show here, it will be an aisle seat on orchestra level.

We were front row mezzanine for Sunset Blvd. Great view and actually the most padded/comfortable seats in any of the theaters we visited this trip. Sunset Blvd will not be for everyone. This adaptation has no set and is very unusual. But NICOLE SCHERZINGER is stunning. It is worth it just to see her portrayal and her incredible voice. No doubt she should win the Tony.

We went to a Tues performance so Nicole Scherzinger wasn't performing. Mandy Gonzalez was Norma. She, Tom Francis and the other actors are all very talented. The show is unusual because there isn't a normal set and it's staged to feel like a black and white movie. I really enjoyed it. The theatre is old and there isn't much leg room in the Orchestra seats.
