Drive to the entrance and a short walk down a gravel drive for off road ATV use and just a few steps to the best views there are.

Epic view. Not much elevation gain either way. Round trip of about 3 hours. Early in the morning, had view to ourselves. Easy 30 min drive.

My own fault for not checking the website before my visit, Snooper's Rock was closed today except for hunters. The last part of the trip slow going was on a rough gravel road and I wish that a sign had been placed at the park entrance that it was closed today.

An awesome and quiet place with an incredible view over the whole are. A parking spot is quiet close, so you can reach the place with the car and a five minute walk. The street to the parking lot is a dirt road, so you can just drive approx. 10 mph and it took about 25-30minutes from the main street.

We hiked to this location via Ritchie Hollow Trail & it was about 5 miles one way. Parking at Ritchie Hollow is a small gravel area without facilities. Signal Mountain Road where the grocery store & gas stations are is the last stop for any potty breaks/snack needs. It’s a beautiful, moderate hike. Due to recent heavy rain, we had to cross creeks & fallen trees but it was definitely passable. Rewarding views & waterfalls! My 10 & 11 y/o pups did get a little tired on this one due to the length of the out & back. Will be back!
