Empire ruined my son's prom. We hired a 40-passenger bus that was supposed to arrive before a 6:30 pm departure. By 7:00 p.m., many of us were calling Empire trying to find out where they were... NO ANSWER. We finally got information from the driver. He was on my way but did not arrive until 7:49 pm. Turns out he was coming to Fort Lauderdale from Miami. The kids missed half of their prom, which they each paid $125 to get into. The driver told me that he was called in at the last minute from another company, because Empire needed to be rescued. I called DreamRide, and they were willing to come within 20 minutes, but we had already paid Empire. Some of the kids ended up taking Ubers, so they didn't have to miss their senior prom. I cannot believe Empire is still in business. I found out later about all of the problems they have caused.
