tripadvisorWe walk here weekly with our kids and dog. It's a perfect walk with great views. Bikers need to be more aware that this is an off-leash trail and to watch for dogs with zoomies and be ready the brake!
MoreA friendly local suggested this trail and my husband and I enjoyed the walk and seeing the sun set over Bozeman in all directions. There was a parking lot and numerous trails led up the hill. The trails were dirt and many other people were enjoying them. There were also benches to rest on. Expect to meet a lot of dogs. It seemed to be their happy place!
MoreGreat spot to take my 6&7yo boys to run around, lots of space and trails.Views are incredible and walking distance from downtown. Very nice place for some fresh air and great views!
MoreAfter visiting the Bozeman Sculpture Park, I continued on and went into Burke Park to walk up Peets Hill. It was an easy walk with a bit of an incline. There were other people walking, people with their dogs off leash (made some puppy friends) and bikers. It was a very popular spot on a Sunday morning, but mainly with locals. It didn’t take me long to get to the top and views from Peets Hill were great, over the city and of the mountains in the distance. I went back a different way and headed into Lindley Park which is right next to the library. Great way to get a little exercise.
MoreWe loved stopping here on our road trip from Colorado to Washington. It was great that is was so easy to get to and make for a great way to see Bozeman and get some fresh air after a long morning in the car. The views at the top of the hill were amazing, worth the stop for sure!
