I am an Abundant Living Coach. I provide strategies and a generational healing framework helping women of color in their 30’s and beyond, military women transitioning from active service, military veterans, and mothers with daughters, improve their connections and overcome life adversities in 8 areas: Social, Emotional, Physical well-being, Environmental, Spiritual, Financial, Work/Life Balance, and Relationships. As a retired, licensed clinical social worker, I have the skills to assess these areas and assist my clients in developing strategic plans that enhance their overall lives from the inside out.
