Welcome to Devine Home Inspections, LLC. We are a fully licensed home inspection company that is available six days a week. We will inspect a home before you buy it, giving the home a thorough inspection, using the latest software with colored photos, comments and a summary of any issues found. Inspections begin outside, checking foundation, drainage, siding and roof. Inside the home, we check electric, water, functions of windows, doors, attic, moisture and kitchen appliances and cabinets. We inspect crawl space/basement, test moisture, leaks and overall structure. We inspect the heat/AC unit and water heater along with gas and electric lines. We also check garage for electricity, automatic door device and any other structures within the home. Not only do we inspect for new home buyers, but we also inspect for homeowners for preventive maintenance, finding issues before they become major problems. We have over thirty years of experience in home building. Contact us today for a full inspection.
