I’ve been a long time patron of this salon and the service was always good, with the exception of one person (Bo, I think his name is) who always has an attitude when someone wants short nails or something other than what he thinks she should get.I made an early morning appointment with Bryan. I was 15 minutes early and he came in about 20 minutes late. When I told him what shape I wanted, he was really snobby and told me he didn’t have time to do it so I should choose a different shape, which was no different and took no more time than what I wanted. The entire service was rushed and idk why he was annoyed, but that was my last time going there. The male techs are so uppity and their work is subpar. I had to get my nails redone at a different salon 3 days later. When Bo did my nails, one broke right off the very next day and I wear extensions all the time, I’m always super careful with my nails. 1/10, I do not recommend.

I booked an appointment with Brian for a powder gel manicure as I was unable to get an appointment at my regular salon. After waiting 30 minutes, Brian, who checked me in but never identified himself, called me to his chair. He asked what I wanted done and what color, annoyed that he had to get the color samples for me. The samples were not labeled in the front of the salon, so one could choose before being seated. I explained that he would need to manually remove my polish with an emery board rather than the dremel due to a medical condition that causes extreme discomfort if used. He immediately told me it wasn't possible for him to use an emery board because it would take two or three hours to complete. This is something my regular manicurist does weekly and never has it taken two or three hours...no longer than using the dremel. I think Brian is a prima donna. I walked out and will make it my job to let people know he wasted my time.

Worst nail salon ever! They may do nice nails but their customer service skills are absolutely terrible. I had an appointment for 9:30am with Sue. I show up and someone is in her chair already! The guy who makes the appointments tells me I called and cancelled my appointment the night before!!!! I have a broken nail so WTF would I cancel my appointment. Then he tells me he can get me in next week Thursday! Really!?!?! FOH! Not to mention he takes a call while I am standing in his face trying to get a new appointment. Does he not realize how rude that is?!? Maybe in his world that’s acceptable but in the real world, you don’t do that to people who are basically paying your salary. Have some damn respect. I personally think they cancelled my appointment to fit one of their own people in there Because I can’t get an appointment for a week but someone just happened to be able to get an appointment (my appointment) overnight. Don’t spend your money here unless you’re willing to be treated like garbage. The customers DO NOT mean anything to them. It’s all about the $. They just lost a few customers cuz I damn sure called everyone I know who goes there and they all said they are already tired of the way they get treated by the staff and they won’t be going back after this.

This nail place, located in a strip mall on Rte 55 does a decent job with the usual nail services. The shop is clean, the technicians skilled and the atmosphere is pleasant. Their biggest issue is that occassionally no one there speaks English. They all understand some English. I go to them regularly and do recommend them.
