tripadvisorThis was a great way to see the major tourist attractions, get a feel for a new city, and learn some key history. Cedar was an awesome guide, it was safe, you are provided a helmet. Highlight was biking a long the shore of Lake Michigan! I highly recommend, best 4 hour tour out there for the money and you can stay active by bicycling through it!
MoreWe had a wonderful Segway tour today. Our tour guide, Cedar really knew how to give an informative, interesting look at the architecture and history of Chicago, with a humorous twist thrown in here and there. We wound through beautiful gardens in Grant Park and the museum campus and Cedar made sure everyone had a chance for photo opportunities. The most impressive part was when a mother pushing her child in a stroller tripped and let go of the stroller which rolled towards Michigan Avenue and Cedar jumped off her Segway and saved the baby from rolling right into the oncoming traffic. Truly a heroic move. Thank you, Cedar! I highly recommend Fat Tire Tours!
MoreWe had a great day for a bicycle tour. Our tour guide was very informative and fun, Cody was sincere and very conscious of our safety. The tour was about 4 hours and went by to fast. What a great way to see the city. You and up close and personal with your surroundings. I highly recommend the tour with Cody!! Enjoyed our day!
MoreVery nice guide and gave us a small bit of history and culture of Chicago. Left me wishing there was more of the history and culture rather than time to play on my Segway at the fountain. My expectation was to learn while having fun. Very kind guide but as my son said: he seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. Maybe too many tours that day?
MoreSo much fun!! Once you master the Segway - and it didn’t take long - it’s an awesome way to see the city and learn about the city. Our guide Tammy was just amazing! Funny and so knowledgeable. An amazing tour and I would encourage all to do it.Also did the sunset bike tour with Morgan. Again, great bike ride right through the city learning about different buildings and sculptures. Then a stop at a most picturesque spot to see the gorgeous sunset over the city. Recommended!!!
