Rough lobby experience as dozens of kids were running and bumping into people with no help from their parents / chaperones or the front desk. After a day of work, not a great start. As a Diamond member, Home2Suites is not on my list of go-to brands but it was booked for me. The rooms have a cheap feel, the wall unit a/c (which did not seem to work but was fine for this night) and shades that did not come all the way down. The price did not seem low as stayed at a Tapestry property the night before near Cincy and that was great and only a few bucks higher. Not a good choice.

This is only my second experience at a Home2 property. It was pretty good overall. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. Everything was in good working order. The HVAC unit was a little noisy, but not overly so. Staff was pleasant and efficient.The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants and shops and easy to get to just off I-675.

In July 2024, we needed to move my elderly parents and their small dog from New Mexico to Ohio for health reasons on fairly short notice and, not having room in our home for them, selected this location for them to stay while we arranged for them to move into a local senior community. They ended up staying almost 2.5 weeks while we worked to arrange for a new permanent home.Throughout their stay, the staff at Home2 Suites were amazing, accommodating, and welcoming. They loved their room, the breakfasts, and spending time in the outdoor lounge area visiting with staff and other guests.My parents are now happily settled into their new home, but we're so grateful to the staff at this hotel for how well they took care of them during a pretty stressful time for all of us, and I won't hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family anytime they come to visit.

Perfect location to a wedding we attended. This hotel is really quite nice, the team was friendly and professional, the room was super clean, comfortable, great water pressure in the shower! Breakfast was also really good. Located next to many restaurants and stores, short walk about the front door. Loved the patio too. I will return again.

Great stay in a nice location. I previously stayed here for a month for work back in 2019 and was pleased to see that the hotel was still managed fairly well. Hotel is located at the end of a shopping center. Costco, Krogers, and other eateries are within walking distance. Rooms are typical of a Home2 Suites with a full fridge and kitchen area. Even though the hotel was full on the day of arrival, the front desk agents greeted each guest with enthusiasm upon check in. The washers and dryers at the gym for guests to use was super convenient ($2 for 30 mins wash). Breakfast was slightly chaotic. The breakfast crew couldn’t keep up with a full hotel so there was some wait time for popular items. This is probably normal for a Saturday morning at a popular location. Overall a great stay and super convenient location.
