Just as a house is not a home without the people and creatures who bring it to life, this place would be nothing without the people who make it run. Here for an event, I found their conference space to be beyond first class. But as I said, it's the people.Old friend, who I knew were also coming into town, had a challenge with their accommodations. Because of work obligations, they weren't able to stay on the phone with the person at the front desk. I offered to call, and Alison was there to answer my call, understand the issue, and assist.She was beyond helpful during check-in, and any question I had she had an answer for.AJ was tremendously helpful and helping me manage the logistics of getting a set piece into place. From that point forward, anytime he saw me, he checked in to make sure things were OK.This seems to be a trend and might even be part of the training, because Steven, in involved with just about everything except the front desk, was also doing wellness checks to make sure I had whatever it was I needed. He was cheerful, friendly, ridiculously energetic despite working a double (I'm certain of this only because I saw him early in the morning and late in the evening), and phenomenally helpful when it came to locating a space for temporary storage.And then there's Ryan. As far as I could tell, the gentleman, more or less responsible as Event Space Director, wore just about every hat. Whatever question I had he was able to answer. When moving through the lobby at one point during my time there, I saw him at the front desk. Another time I saw him working on room set up. It reminded me of my time at Disney, when even executives went out into the park to do the work of frontline Cast Members.The rooms are comfortable and clean, every single member of the staff from housekeeping up to management is committed to ensuring your stay exceeds your expectations. For a chain branded facility, where many are cutting back, this one is putting even more into guaranteeing a first rate experience. I've been a Hilton loyalist for years. If this space is indicative of how Marriott conducts themselves, I'm willing to share and might even become a full-time convert. Thank you for something that was so much more than just a place to sleep.

The first discovered this brand in Columbia South Carolina April 2018.Very modern good minimalistic design the functional.Reminds me of our hotel in Reykjavik Iceland.A hotel has only been open a week and we are the first to stay in our room. The rooms are very modern very malistic and clean.The lobby to the hotel is seriously off the hook!

This hotel is fantastic. Close to downtown and walkable to everywhere. We met both the FB Manager, she was great and Fara at the pool bar also, who literally had us having the best pool day ever. She was the best. Honestly we are already looking for a reason to come back to DelRey and stay here again

We spent a nite here paid for by Delta Airlines after our flight was overbooked. It’s a cute place with a decent restaurant and bar in the lobby. We found the room to be clean and comfortable. No complaints.

From the minute I arrived service was amazing!! Alison helped us at the desk and was great! She made it super easy to get checked in and made sure our stay was everything and more! We spent some time at the lobby bar for happy hour, service was great. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect. Right by the ave, had no trouble walking to near by restaurants/bars! Will definitely be back!! The room was great! Very comfortable and clean.
