Be relax is terrible. I went in and asked for a pedicure and facial appointment. With lack of adequate staff, appointments were a couple of hours out. Asked about massage chair, she told me it was available. Completed the preparation and set up of chair and went to the back room to fold laundry. I get deep tissue massages on a regular basis but this was painful. I couldn’t find someone to let me out and about 5 minutes into it she finally came out. I was able to raise myself up enough to help the lower back pressure. She fiddled with the machine and then it only did the shoulders and I just told her to let me out and asked for a refund. She told me she would have to contact her manager and she wasn’t there. She never offered to contact the manager. Don’t get into the large massage chair!

The location wasn't staffed. I waited and waited, other people came in and waited and then left. I called the phone. No answer. Someone finally came and said Sorry, I was getting coffee. Then they had no one to do nail services, despite offering those on the menu. Total fail.

Horrible experience. No customer service at all. We waited by the entrance and they didn't care. We approached the counter and they just stared at us. We said we wanted a massage, we have it included in our Credit card perks. They showed us the e-couches and told us that was what we would get. OK, so we sat for 15 minutes, not once did any of them ask if it was alright. We left after the 15 minutes. They ignored us throughout our whole visit.

Had a great massage chair session 1 week ago, then was rudely turned away today because I'm pregnant. Attendant spouted wholly untrue claim that pressure points in the back cause preterm labor. Every medical resource out there says they DON'T. Meanwhile I've got to spend a 5- hour layover in pain from a tight back without my much- anticipated back rub. Very upset. This is TERRIBLE service.
