tripadvisorI have been to the spas at other Caesar's Las Vegas properties and this was the worst experience. First, upon arrival the clerk checking me in just would not listen and tried to add bad information. After entering the spa area, I was given a locker which has a mechanism with sharp edges and cut my arm. I did not get a tour because they said I only had 10 minutes. The place was overcrowded with nothing to drink. My technician arrived 10 minutes late (so I lost that time) telling me he'd been calling for me but he wasn't. His hands were rough and calloused and scratched on my skin. The showerhead (overhead) has zero water pressure so you are forced to use the side jets. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided are low quality (no name) and the finishing room (dry hair, deodorant, etc.) was lacking tools and had no name products too. The baths is really just on big pool which was overcrowded and not many jets in the whirlpool and what was there was weak. I am sorry I wasted my time and money at this spa. I could have done so much better at another property's spa.
MoreQua Baths & Spa inside Caesars Palace is absolutely luxurious. From the moment you enter, it feels like you’ve escaped the noise and excitement of Las Vegas and stepped into a peaceful Roman retreat. The entire spa is beautiful, relaxing, and filled with amenities that make you feel completely fabulous. There are so many different rooms and experiences to explore. The Arctic Ice Room is especially unique and unlike anything you find at an ordinary spa. Between the cold plunge, hot tubs, cedar sauna, herbal steam room, heated relaxation seats, and different water experiences, you can create an entire hot-and-cold wellness circuit before or after your treatment. Don’t overlook the overhead rain shower—it feels amazing and adds another special touch to the experience. One of my favorite moments was relaxing on the heated seats while waiting for my massage. A helpful tip is to place a small skincare face mask in your spa bag. You can apply it while lying back on the warm seat and turn the waiting period into your own miniature facial before your treatment. My only disappointment is that most of the main bath and wet facilities are separated into men’s and women’s areas. The spa is so beautiful that I wish it offered a complete co-ed bath area where couples could enjoy the pools, sauna, steam room, and other amenities together. If you visit with your partner, you may spend much of the spa experience apart until meeting again in a shared relaxation area.Even with that drawback, Qua is a truly amazing spa. It has practically everything you could need, the atmosphere feels calm and extravagant, and the variety of rooms makes the experience feel much more special than simply arriving for a massage and leaving. My biggest advice is to arrive early, explore every amenity, bring a face mask, and give yourself plenty of time to relax. Qua Baths & Spa will make you feel completely pampered from beginning to end.
MoreMy facial with Vera was over the moon, professional, relaxing, kind, informative and comfortable. The results were tangible. I loved it, and her.
MoreI recently visited the Qua Spa for a facial with Nicole, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly attentive and made the treatment feel truly blissful from start to finish. From the moment you enter Qua, every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The robe and sauna experience, the relaxation spaces, and even the snack selections all contribute to a beautifully designed atmosphere of calm. Kelly welcomed me upon arrival and provided an informative tour, complete with expert recommendations that made me feel instantly at ease.I ended up staying for a few hours, but honestly, I could have stayed all day. I cannot recommend Qua Spa enough.
MoreElina helped my family and I have an amazing experience during our visit! She is phenomenal!
