If there’s one thing you should know about The Hideout Bistro, it’s our value of mixing the old with the new, the classic with the modern, and the familiar with the unexpected. Located in the Ramada Hotel with a well maintained design straight from the 70’s, we celebrate authentic charm in a candle lit atmosphere, while incorporating sleek decor inspired by the era. Featuring the Bistro’s original 1970’s low level bar installation, we live up to our passion for preserving the character of the decade that knew how to have a good time. Our retro inspired ambience acts as the pillar of our service, and your overall experience. A low and accessible bar makes for a personal, eye-to-eye connection when being served, while the rolling chairs at the bar encourage a social and interactive night with good company, great conversation, and even better food. Enjoying a traditional 70s set up is a concept lost on many renovated buildings, making it our pleasure to provide this rare experience just steps away from your room. From our service to our cuisine, we uphold the same standard of consistent quality. We take pride in our ability to offer something for everyone at an affordable rate. Along with all of your favourite pub classics, we create fusions of delicious cuisines. We welcome any party size, big or small, to enjoy all the flavours we have to offer, with our intimate high tops, cozy booths, and classic dining tables.
