Vatos has a casual, approachable concept that makes sense for grabbing tacos and spending some time out in Fort Collins. They have some seating partially outdoors.

Food is good. Surprised that a $3 side of Green Chili was such a small portion. The small bowl was less than half full. Not making that mistake again.
