Pure Sweat Spa offers infrared saunas and infrared blankets that allow you to sweat out the toxins in the body. They provide comfortable clothes and an excellent explanation of the process. When using the blankets, you are given headphones to watch Netflix and other streaming programs. They place cool washcloths on your forehead and make sure you have water to sip. When completed, you are taken to a relaxation room where you are given herbal tea and orange slices. The experience left me feeling refreshed and calm. I slept so well.
