This company is terrific! I saw a story about them on I think the History Channel and decided that it would be cool to have handmade fortune cookies for my son's wedding. It was incredibly easy to order online and the cookies came exactly when I needed them. They were also packed so good that not a single cookie was broken. I loved being able to create our own fortune and the colors we chose almost matched the wedding colors exactly. One of our guests was commenting on the food at the wedding and said Even the fortune cookies were delicious!. Great company and highly recommend them.

Talk about tourist traps! They ask you to pay for photos taken inside so grab a free one outside their door. Their free samples are stale and did not inspire purchases. What a gimmick that you can write a saying on paper and have them insert it in a cookie. I felt sorry for the women who were working the machines. It felt like they were on display.

I booked my tour online and paid in person. It’s a $3.00 fee. I was running late and I called them and was told I could still come for my tour! I came solo and had to pay $6.00 and I still don’t understand why. I was told the tour is for a minimum of two people. I believe they only accept cash. There is no parking, but I parked right in front of the store with no problems. The owner daughter gave me a tour and explained the process of how they make fortune cookies. She was nice, but she was sarcastic and got irritated when I asked questions. The owner and the other staff didn’t speak or look up at me, I guess they were too busy working. The tour only took ten minutes, but was interesting. This company don’t make fortune cookies for restaurants, but for local stores and people/companies from around the world. I’m glad I went.

This tour was perfect for our kids' ages (6, 4 and 2). The tour was nice and quick for the kids. They found the factory interesting and they had fun. The fortune cookies are delicious. I ordered chocolate dipped ones for my son's 2nd birthday!

I enjoyed learning about their Vegan family recipes and they hand make all of them. The cookies are tasty.
