We had the best day with Barry who owns Why Spit. He planned our day to perfection with individualized tastings with hand pick winery’s. Each winery was perfect for us and we loved meeting with the owners and wine experts. We learned so much and made new friends. We especially loved the Hill Family winery experience. He made us lunch reservations at Mustard's Grill which was fabulous too. We would highly recommend Barry and Why Spit. Great experience with someone who truly loves Napa and knows the place and people very well.

We spent two fabulous days touring with Barry. We visited 3 wineries a day plus Oakville grocery for lunch on the first day and had a wonderful surprise lunch at Brasswood the second day. This featured a lovely wine pairing from Westwood, and we loved meeting Drew, their estate manager. What a treat! Other highlights for us included some of Barry’s picks of Ellman Estate and Amulet Estate wineries. I would highly recommend pursuing the Valley with Why Spit? tours!!!

Barry was a wonderful driver and had great suggestions for wineries for us to try. We have several we also like and he pre arranged all visits without a hitch. He had great insights to share with us. We loved visiting new places especially small family owned. We highly recommend Why Spit and hope to work with Barry on our next visit!
