I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this hotel. During our stay, the manager's behavior toward my family was completely unacceptable and, in my view, discriminatory. While I was simply trying to take my son--who has special needs--to the pool, I was confronted and spoken to in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. At one point, I was told that I have no common sense, which was both insulting and unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the manager escalated it unnecessarily by demanding that we leave the property. To make matters worse, the police were called, which created a frightening and overwhelming situation for my child. No parent should have to watch their child experience that level of fear, especially in what should be a safe and welcoming environment.I was also presented with charges that did not seem justified or properly explained, which only added to the frustration and confusion of the situation. This entire experience lacked basic respect, empathy, and professionalism. I strongly urge the hotel to review its policies, provide better staff training, and ensure that no other family--especially those with special needs children--is treated in this manner.

We stayed here for my daughter's competiton for the weekend, been doing it for the last 4 years. The hotel and the rooms are clean. Hot breakfast were very good because there were a lot of options. We did request a late check out on Sunday, due to my aughter performing late and Cindy offered to extend our late check out until 3pm which was very sweet. Thank you, Cindy.

We stayed at this hotel to spend Christmas with family that lived nearby. I had called the hotel prior to our visit to request an early arrival so we could join our family at their home on time. The staff at this hotel were able to honor our request and made our visit timely. We found the desk clerk, who was working on the holiday, to be very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean as was the rest of this property. This hotel is located in the heart of Oregon, WI and was only a few miles from our destination. If we are ever back in this area, this Sleep Inn will be the place we will want to stay.

Our recent stay here was just perfect for our needs as it was convenient and comfortable. The hotel is absolutely spotless and appeared to be almost new.Our room was warm and quiet, complete with big T.V., fridge, and large bathroom. The walk-in shower was big enough for the whole team with great water pressure. There is a nice pool and spa room adjacent to a large party room for family events. A mini-mart was located in the lobby with snacks, drinks, and a microwave. The included breakfast was standard hotel fare with a waffle machine, scrambled eggs, sausage, danish, juice, and coffee. Plenty of options to save a family a ton of money and time in the morning. The breakfast area was huge and comfortable compared to other places we have stayed. We highly recommend the Sleep Inn as fulfilled all our needs and wants for a relaxing evening here in town

Newer very clean motel in Oregon. Air conditioning unit works great. 2 bar/restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable.
