Chef Melissa is the absolute best! She is very kind, and her outgoing and bubbly personality make you feel as though you have been friends for years after knowing her for 5 minutes. Her dishes are true Asian cuisine that she teaches you to craft with her impressive culinary background in a fun and educational manner. 10/10 will be going back!
