We used super shuttle to travel from the airport to DC and back again this week. It was easy to find when we arrived. The people were friendly and helpful too. It also worked well with the ling delays in security. We had a two hour wait so this was really good. On our return they were prompt and efficient.

Waiting an Hour at Washington DC Airport, then took three hours to get to our hotel. Although I re booked my return trip 48 hour before as requested, they were a no show. The hotel Staff tell this is not the first time this has happened Super Shuttle what a Laugh.

They were unorganized at pickup and my scheduled pick up for return to the airport never showed up and could not be reached by the company.

I wish I had read the other reviews before booking my trip. These guys are con men, out to fleece you. I booked a return trip. Trip one, from the airport. What they don't tell you is that you will be waiting until the bus is full before they set off, which takes as long as it takes. Could be hours. Trip two, the return, was cancelled by the company on the morning of the flight, leaving me high and dry.

Having taken three hours to get through Dulles airport, we found the SuperShuttle staff in order to tell them that we were ready to go. We had to wait a further hour before a driver was available for us, and when we asked why this took so long the staff had no interest in explaining what was going on. I would recommend booking an Uber upon arrival in DC instead of a SuperShuttle, as it is more reliable, faster, and cheaper.
