MoreThe driver initially refused to go the way I asked and told me he wanted to take an exit 2 miles further away. After convincing him to take the right way, he proceeded to drive and told me he didn’t know where he was despite telling me he knew Rainier Beach. He didn’t. He was terrible. I have had nothing but bad experiences, but I always save money because I never have to tip. Because they are all terrible. Every driver. They either smell or won’t turn on the AC. Take an Uber.
MoreWe had, quite frankly, the worst cab experience we have ever experienced anywhere. The driver turned into a crosswalk, almost hit a pedestrian, thought it was amusing and laughed. The driver was hostile towards us, basically accused us of being rich white people and made us feel unsafe.

MoreWe used Seattle Yellow Cab from Pier 66 in Seattle to take us to the airport. We paid cash. Unfortunately, we left a bag with a jewelry case in it inside the taxi. Less than 30 minutes after being dropped off, we contacted the company. They have been useless and not forthcoming of name of the driver. The driver didn't even declare the trip with the company and kept the jewelry. Clearly, Yellow Taxi's management knows they have a serious problem.As a last result, we had to submit a Police Report, Consumer Protection Report, notify the Washington State Attorney General of the tax fraud by Yellow Cab Drivers, and pursue retaining a private investigator.If you make the mistake of taking a Seattle Yellow Cab, take a photo of the taxi license plate, a photo of the driver, and pay with a credit card.
